New England Lofts

Hoss & Brown Engineers is proud to be a member of the renovation team for New England Lofts LLC in Downtown Kansas City. This project, highlighted in the Kansas City Business Journal, was a $9 million apartment conversion. It includes seven stories and 32 apartments that have upscale finishes and original remnants to preserve and revive the building’s historical story in the city’s landscape.
