Roasters Block

This historic redevelopment of the Folgers Building is located in the Garment District of Downtown Kansas City. Folgers occupied the buildings until 2012. The project consists of two separate buildings built in 1912 and 1914 totaling approximately 220,000 SF and an adjoining open lot. This project converted the buildings into 151 Class A market rate loft-style apartments with great views. The amenities include enclosed parking garage, fitness space, community gathering space and a coffee bar.
