Town House Historic Renovation

The Town House sign may be new to Kansas City’s skyline but the 15-story building it adorns was a hotel first opened in 1951, and similarly named Town House Hotel. This historic renovation will give the building new life as apartment homes to serve those 55 years and older.

Preserving Kansas City’s history is important to us and we value joining forces with Foutch Brothers, Hughes Development Co., Tier 1 Development Group LLC and Rau Construction on this project.
