2022 Capstone Award Winning Projects

Two of our projects were named among the best Kansas City real estate projects for 2022! The Monarch KC is recognized in the Mixed-Use Category and Rau Construction’s Home Office is recognized in the Office Category, but our MEP experience includes a spectrum of project types.

Each year the Capstone Awards highlight projects for their unique and meaningful design. We partner with the owner, contractor, architects and sometimes other engineering companies to help produce the most sustainable, sophisticated MEP design to fulfill the owner’s vision while meeting budget.
